The present clauses come to regulate the general conditions of access, registration and use of the TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE Portal as a Candidate.

 

The purpose of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE is to provide a platform that allows the connection between Organizations and Candidates in an online environment, so that they generate new job positions and contact with each other, increase and improve their professional relationships.

 

In this sense, through the page https://www.talentsearchpeople.eu, TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE aims to provide Candidates with an employment exchange to find available job offers.

 

The use of the Portal implies to the Candidate the full acceptance of the provisions included in the Legal Conditions in the version published by TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE at the moment in which the Candidate accesses the Website.

 

The Candidate may formalize the registration in the Portal by filling in the "Candidate registration form", and for all purposes it will be understood that he accepts the conditions here if you click or mark the "I accept the general conditions" button at the bottom of the cited form.

  1. - OBJECT.

 

The present article regulates the conditions of registration in the Internet Portal "https://www.talentsearchpeople.eu" as Candidate, which will allow he/she to:

 

- Consult the job offers available in the different sectors IT, ecommerce, finance, legal, commercial, marketing, engineering, retail, pharm, native speakers…

 

- Register in the Portal as a Candidate completing the profile, and highlighting those skills and abilities that you want companies to value.

 

- Select the area that may be of interest to the Candidate within the professional area in which he / she is specialized, and "apply" to complete the registration process. Our experts will receive the application and will contact the Candidate when their profile fits one of our vacancies.

 

- Enroll in the job offers that may be of interest to the Candidate by completing the corresponding registration form.

 

- Be referred to the companies and collaborating organizations of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE of the CVs or profile data of Candidates that opt for a position published by the corresponding Company / Organization.

 

- The periodic remission, by any means, including electronic mail or equivalent means of electronic communication, of information related to the services of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE, including suggestions and alerts of employment, TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE newsletters, studies and reports of the sector and, in general, any information related to employment. In order to ensure that such information and commercial communications are as close as possible to their interests, TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE may use statistical techniques that allow the creation of profiles and segmentation of their data.

 

  1. – SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS.

 

4.1. - Registration as Candidate: To be able to register on this web page as a Candidate, the user must complete the registration form as a Candidate and must accept these Legal Conditions.

 

4.2. - Veracity of the information: All the information provided by the Candidate must be truthful, guaranteeing the authenticity of all the data communicated. Likewise, it will be the responsibility of the Candidate to keep all the information provided to TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE up to date so that it corresponds at all times to its real situation.

 

4.3. - Legal capacity: The Candidate declares to be over 16 years old and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions, and also undertakes to make diligent use of the Service, as well as the information contained in it, with total subjection to the regulation that is applicable in each case.

 

4.4. - Other commitments: Additionally, the Candidate commits to:

 

(1) Use the information published by TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE for the purposes of the Portal and not directly or indirectly perform any commercial exploitation other than authorized uses.

- Suggestions and alerts for employment

- Newsletter of TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE.

- Requests to fill in the candidate profile.

- Commercial communications (actions of advertisement and commercial prospection purposes) related to job search and the labor market.

 

The Candidate can revoke said consent at any time simply by sending an email to tspgroupgdpr@talentsearchpeople.com indicating "low".

 

 

  1. - INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

 

7.1. - The Candidate expressly accepts that the information published on this website is subject to copyright owned by TALENT SEARCH PEOPLE and therefore its ownership or any commercialization or exploitation right is not transmitted.

 

Accordingly, the Candidate, except as expressly authorized by virtue of its subscription, may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform, totally or partially, the information to which it has access, including the corrections of errors, transformations, versions, or perform any other use than the authorized one.

 

The Candidate assumes full responsibility for the case that, as a consequence of his actions, copyright is infringed or violated.
