Customer Service Representative with High Level of French
Our client is an international contact center in Bulgaria which delivers high quality multilingual services and customer excellence to its clients, serving more than 19 countries in 15 languages.
As a Customer Service Representative, your objective will be to use your communication and/or sales skills to maintain the already existing good relationships between users and companies. There are 3 different projects available: one with focus on customer service and only inbound calls/e-mails, two with elements of sales and outbound calls/e-mails.
Depending on the project, you may be responsible for:
-Providing excellent customer service and maintaining successful relations with customers;
-Keeping a positive atmosphere and provoking positive feelings in relation with the client;
-Setting appointments for sales representatives in Belgium;
-Showing interest in the client;
-Cross upselling top quality products.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Native or nearly native level of French;
-Advanced level of English;
-Sales experience desirable for the more sales oriented projects;
-Motivated, good time management and organizational skills;
-Enthusiastic, dynamic, helpful, energetic.
-Full-time permanent contract;
-Excellent salary and commission structure: 1000€ net + up to 300€ gross of performance bonus;
