As Customer Service/Technical Support Agent, your daily activities will be:
- You will deliver the best service and support customers by phone in the desired language;
- You will give information, solutions and counselling on the offered products/services, not only for existent customers but also, for potential new ones;
- You will update all new customers' requests in the company' software;
- You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact always looking for news ways of improvement.
You are the perfect candidate if:
- You have previous professional experience in customer service and/or technical support;
- You speak fluent German and English;
- You have good communication and problem solving skills;
- You have the ambition of pursuing a career among the telecommunications field.
