1st Line Service Desk Agent with an Excellent Level of Dutch

Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Department: Native speakers

In your daily tasks as a Help Desk Agent:

- You will work at the service desk department;
- You will have direct contact with the 2nd line team, escalating the requests that you have no possibility of solving;
- You will provide IT services dealing directly with the Dutch market.


You are the candidate we are looking for if:

- You are fluent in Dutch and a good level of English (mandatory)
- You have Help Desk or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- You have IT basic knowledge and interest
- You are an excellent communicator
- You are a team player
