Business Developer Manager

Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads, supporting to achieve its financial objectives through the achievement of individual sales targets. Strong and effective communication is key as the role will include shaping, driving and implementing business development program to achieve business growth. You will be working for one of the biggest financial services provider, a company where everyone is owner and partner of the business


As a Business Development Manager, your main objective will be generating new sales leads, supporting the company to achieve its financial objectives through the achievement of individual sales targets.
During your day to day:

- You will develop a new pipeline of prospects from various industry sectors
- You will identify qualify new prospects, fact finding, conduct business development telephone calls and arrange and hold client meetings
- You will develop and cultivate client relationships at the highest levels
- You will promote a solution focused sales methodology, using knowledge of the market and competitors
- You will collate client feedback to support service offering development and explore new opportunities with senior management for creating additional revenue streams
- You will provide weekly progress and activity reports to line manager
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements


You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have 2 years of proven track record in a financial services or sales related role
- You have know-how of the local market
- You have a high level of English and Spanish
- You are Self motivated and with the ability to work alone
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels
- You have the ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships externally and internally
- You have strong research and strategic analysis skills
- You have excellent negotiation skills
- You have strong creative skills
- You have strong time management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- You are IT proficient
